
I finally got to visit another one of the well-respected roasters in Melbourne, Proud Mary. The team there take coffee very seriously; this was clear from their passion for bean sourcing and roasting, right through to the processes of making their espresso drinks (eg. multiple beans all dialled in separately on dedicated group heads, use of dosing funnels and use of automatic tampers). The coffee (and food) was very good! Thanks Guys !
